Job Description
Experience with JD Edwards Xe, Enterprise One 8.12, with 9.0 and 9.1 highly preferred.
• Experience with Install, Setup, Configuration, and package builds.
• Familiarity with Oracle database, Microsoft SQL Server and DB2
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Strong Knowledge of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOneTechnical Foundation tools and CNC functionality.
• Excellent technical Knowledge, aptitude, and Experience in server administration, networks, Workstations, JDE application software, and troubleshooting/problem-solving techniques.
• Apply ESUs, Asus, Updates, and Tools Release upgrades.
• Implement and maintain JDE security following established procedures.
• Familiarity with Sun Solaris, AS400
• Familiarity with OAS & WebSphere and Experience with the necessary administration of this environment.
• Proven analytical and problem- solving abilities, able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high- pressure environment.
• Able to conduct Research into JDE/ iSeries issues and products as required.
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user- friendly language.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
• Provide complete and timely support for end-users.
• Recommend new best practices.
