Position Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Mathematics Faculty to teach and mentor students preparing for JEE (Main/Advanced). The ideal candidate must possess strong conceptual mastery, excellent problem-solving skills, and proven experience in delivering competitive exam–oriented Mathematics coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver concept-focused, application-driven classroom lectures covering the full JEE Mathematics syllabus.
- Prepare high-quality study materials, practice sheets, question banks, and test papers.
- Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions to build clarity and confidence among students.
- Evaluate student performance through tests and provide targeted, constructive feedback.
- Contribute to curriculum planning, content improvement, and academic strategies.
- Mentor and motivate students to achieve top scores in national-level engineering entrance exams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s Degree or higher (M.Sc./M.Tech./Ph.D.) in Mathematics or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3–4 years of teaching experience in Mathematics for JEE or similar competitive exams.
- Strong command over Algebra, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, and other JEE-relevant topics.
- Excellent communication skills with strong analytical and classroom management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Teaching experience with reputed national-level coaching institutes.
- Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts through structured explanations.
- Strong reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving aptitude.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and driving student excellence.
