**Objective**:
To support the design, implementation and deployment of the innovation process (with focus on racu framework) and innovation culture across all Sigma.
Main Responsibilities
Innovation Processes & Methodologies
- Design of case studies, and specialized content (videos, images, surveys, technical reports, etc.).
- Track and measure RACU projects and trainings and its impact on creating value for the organization.
- Manage the RACU website and report the metrics on the use of the racu content.
- Support in the design, documentation and deployment of the innovation process across all the organization and in the design of internal communication contents to promote engagement, understanding and alignment of it.
- Support in the design, development, and implementation of training sessions for the innovation process (awareness, tools and methods).
