We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Local Site Manager to take the lead on an exciting high-end luxury villa construction project in Barcelona (relocation needed if not already living there). In this role, you will be at the heart of transforming designs into reality. Your mission is to ensure the successful delivery of a luxury villa that fulfills our client's expectations and high standards and within time and cost constraints. Key Role Outcomes Ensure that project plans and specifications are followed on-site. Monitor construction work to ensure it meets quality standards and complies with relevant codes and regulations. Construction cost and schedule compliance. Conduct safety inspections and report any potential hazards. Communicate project status and issues to the Head of Construction and stakeholders.
