About the Role

We are looking for a Jewellery Production Merchandiser to coordinate end-to-end manufacturing of gold & diamond jewellery. This is a production and factory-facing role, not a retail or visual merchandising role.

The role involves job-work coordination, karigar follow-ups, WIP tracking, and delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Job-Work Coordination

Coordinate with karigars, casting units, setters, polishers, and QC

Track daily progress of orders:

CAD approval

Wax / casting

Setting

Polishing

Final QC

Ensure timelines are met and delays are escalated early

Order Tracking & Merchandising

Maintain order-wise WIP tracking

Update production status in ERP / software / Excel

Ensure design specifications, stone details, and gold weights are followed

Coordinate sample and bulk production

Vendor & Factory Follow-ups

Daily follow-ups with job workers

Coordinate inward & outward movement of jewellery

Ensure proper tagging, issue slips, and receipts

Fulfilment Support

Coordinate with internal teams for:

Accounts (job-work payments)

Logistics (dispatch readiness)

Ensure orders are completed as per committed delivery dates

What We’re Looking For

Mandatory

Prior experience in gold & diamond jewellery manufacturing

Understanding of job-work processes

Comfortable speaking to karigars and factory vendors

Strong follow-up and coordination skills
