As a Jewelry Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading overall store operations, driving sales growth, and delivering a premium customer experience. This role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate a sales team, uphold brand and visual standards, and build long-term relationships with customers while ensuring smooth day-to-day store functioning.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales associates to consistently achieve sales and service targets.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture within the store.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, staff training, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee store inventory, stock accuracy, and replenishment to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Build strong customer relationships to enhance trust, repeat purchases, and brand loyalty.
  • Ensure the store meets visual merchandising, hygiene, and brand presentation standards at all times.
  • Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders and special requests.
  • Prepare and submit sales, performance, and operational reports.
  • Ensure adherence to audit, compliance, and security standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the jewelry or luxury retail segment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a demonstrated ability to drive sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Results-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales goals and delivering superior customer experiences.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and selling techniques.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as per retail requirements.
