Support Australia’s defence mission as a Field Services Representative at Raytheon Australia. You will work closely with Australian Defence Force partners to provide technical support and expertise to the Joint Interface Control (JIC) System users.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to ADF operators and maintainers through on‑site visits, field support, and helpdesk services.
• Perform maintenance duties on the JIC System, including troubleshooting technical issues and executing system upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with Defence and company policies related to Global Trade, EHS&W and Finance.
• Coordinate with customers to arrange required travel.
