Description
The Jira Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Atlassian Jira and related tools to enable effective project management, agile and hybrid development practices, and workflow automation. This role partners closely with development teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure Jira and the Atlassian ecosystem are leveraged effectively for tracking, reporting, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Application Administration • Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, screens, issue types, custom fields, permissions, and notifications. • Administer users, groups, and roles to ensure appropriate access control. • Monitor system performance, availability, and health; troubleshoot and resolve issues. • Assist with regular system upgrades, platform maintenance, and security patching in compliance with organizational standards. • Support and participate in Jira Server/Data Center to ...
