Jira Cloud Experience with Jira Software and Service Management Experience
- Creating Custom Workflows and implementing Business processes creating and managing custom fields Add on management particularly with Elements Connect
- Creating filters, building dashboards and custom reports Working Knowledge of Jira Cloud API
- Creating reports using API
- Managing alerts through API
- Working Knowledge of Jira Assets and CMDB Management
- Ingesting, Scanning of asset input
- Automation and Data Hygiene
- Working Knowledge of Atlassian Ops Genie
- Creating Automation Workflow for alerting
- Managing Escalation workflows
- General Hygiene and updates
**Secondary Skills**
- General OLE linux administration
- Managing Disk and volume space
- Mounting Volumes
- TaskScripting automation
- Managing Permissions and access
- Installing and updating packages
