Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced JIRA Administrator / JIRA Expert to support and optimize enterprise-level JIRA implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in JIRA workflows, issue types, JQL, and reporting, with strong experience exporting JIRA data and leveraging third-party analytics tools—preferably Power BI—to deliver actionable insights.
This role is offshore-based and requires close collaboration with U.S.-based stakeholders during EST working hours.
