Our client is seeking a hands‑on Jira Administrator to support IT delivery teams in a fast‑moving, software development environment.
This role sits at the intersection of Jira administration, delivery support, and resource management, and is ideal for someone who enjoys owning
tooling, supporting teams, and bringing structure to complex work.
This is not a Jira “power user” role. Jira Administration is mandatory and must be part of your most recent role, with the ability to provide concrete, real‑world examples.
What You’ll Do
+ Own Jira Administration across projects and teams, including:
+ Workflow configuration and updates
+ Permission schemes, issue types, and field configurations
+ Board setup, reporting, and ongoing optimization
