Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence to optimize cross-functional workflows.

The ideal candidate acts as the bridge between technical requirements and business outcomes. You will ensure that our Jira instance remains scalable, high-performing, and user-friendly, providing expert guidance to teams on how to leverage Atlassian tools to increase transparency and delivery speed.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration & Configuration: Manage the full Atlassian stack, including user permissions, security schemes, custom fields, screen schemes, and complex workflows.
  • Workflow Design: Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to design and implement custom automated workflows that reduce manual overhead and improve reporting accuracy.
