Job Description

Promote and detail Critical Care / Oncology products to target doctors, intensivists, oncologists, and hospital-based clinicians.

Achieve assigned sales targets and prescription goals within the allocated territory.

Develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) , hospitals, nursing homes, and institutional customers.

Ensure effective coverage, frequency, and quality of doctor calls as per company norms.

Organize and participate in CMEs, RTMs, product launches, and scientific promotional activities .

Maintain accurate records of daily calls, sales data, and market feedback .

Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence with reporting managers.

Coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure product availability and secondary sales .

Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance, and ethical promotional practices .
