This is a long-term, operational support role.
Role Overview
As a Job Application & Outreach Assistant , you will handle the administrative side of job searching. The role is strictly support-based. You will not attend interviews or represent us verbally.
Responsibilities
Apply to jobs daily via LinkedIn, company career pages, and job boards
Accurately complete ATS application forms using provided information
Customize resumes and cover letters using predefined templates
Manage and organize job-related emails (applications, confirmations, recruiter replies)
Send recruiter outreach and follow-up emails using approved templates
