Overview
At MAX we will support you in your journey as you embark on a customer service career that sees you contributing to your community. This role will see you as part of the National Support Hub team where you are responsible for ensuring efficient and effective delivery of assistance and advice to customers who are fully eligible for Employment Services support via phone servicing.
