Job Coach
Summary: The Job Coach (VR and DSPD) helps our job seeking clients in preparing for and succeeding in the workplace. Job Coaches are responsible for assessing and evaluating barriers and challenges with individuals seeking employment opportunities. This includes working on life skills, developing work-related leads, transporting clients, coaching, teaching and mentoring them as they learn skills for increased independence and successful employment. Job Coaches also assist with interviews, applications and resume creation. This can be a full-time or part-time position.
Minimum Qualifications :
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Highly organized with time and data
+ Current and active driver’s license
+ Shows compassion, flexibility, patience, positive attitude and provides excellent care
+ 6 months experience working with people with disabilities or related field/experience
