Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled MEP Takeoff Quantity Surveyor with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic estimation team. The candidate must have proven experience working with US general contractors, proficiency in Planswift and other takeoff software, basic structural estimation knowledge, and excellent English communication skills. This role is critical for delivering accurate quantity takeoffs for MEP systems on commercial and residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems from architectural, engineering, and shop drawings.
Utilize Planswift, On screen takeoff, and other estimation tools to generate precise material and labor takeoffs.
Collaborate with US-based general contractors, subcontractors, and project managers to align on project requirements and specifications.
