JOB DETAILS
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in product selection and provide detailed information about products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain product displays and ensure the sales floor is tidy and well-stocked.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Sales or Marketing is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a proactive approach to sales.
