JOB DETAILS

Job Role: Online Faculty – (Foundation/JEE/NEET)
Work Experience: Minimum 2 Years+

Department: Academics

Location: Delhi NCR – Janakpuri

Working days & Shift: 6 days/week (Work from Office)

Salary Range: 5 to 6 LPA





Brief About the Role



The person would be responsible for taking live classes of the students as well as doubt solutions

Use engaging methods and design effective lesson progression, which make students strong in conceptual understanding, application & problem solving

Establishing and building up 1:1 connect with the students

Coaching and mentoring the students and also sharing the weekly progress report with their parents

Onboarding of Enrolled New Students & Doing Welcome Calls

Helping the students with their doubts after live class as well

Developing content (Study Material, questions, presentations, etc.

Responsible for the academic growth of students & satisfaction of parents



Qualification



B.Tech/M.tech or M.Sc/MBBS/BDS in the field of (respective subject) from a reputed institute



Required Skills



Have a good academic record in Bachelor’s as well as in the Master’s degree.

Minimum 4 Years of teaching experience in Online/Offline teaching

Excellent reasoning and communication skills

Can explain complex concepts in simple ways

Good command over written English including sentence construction and vocabulary

Good Communication Skills

Comfortable working in 9 hours per day and 6 days/week (Wednesday will be weekly off tentative)

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & Powerpoint

This is a full-time work-from-office position

Six days working per week with Wednesday off

Daily working hours - 9 (10 am to 7 pm/11:30 am to 8:30 pm/1 pm to 10 pm)

Foundation, JEE Mains and Advanced & Medical NEET

2 years contract

A 10% sincerity fund will be deducted from the monthly salary. The accumulated amount will be credited back to you as a lump sum after 26 month tenure completion & continuity

A 10% variable pay is a part of your CTC which is paid in 2 tranches as per conditions put forward by the Management.
