Martech - Multi Solutions Architect
Responsibilities
1 -Collaborate with Stakeholders Work closely with business stakeholders to
understand their unique requirements and challenges Act as a liaison between business
teams and technical experts to bridge the gap and ensure effective communication
2- Business Use Case Design Analyze business requirements and translate them into
comprehensive AEP solutions Develop detailed business use cases that demonstrate
how AEP functionalities can be leveraged to address specific business needs and
improve customer experiences
3 -Adobe Experience Platform Services Leverage your expertise in Adobe Experience
Platform services including RTCDP AJO and AJA to architect and implement robust
marketing solutions
4 -Provide guidance on leveraging Adobe Experience Platform functionalities such as
data ingestion segmentation personalization and Activation to achieve desired business
outcomes
5-Migration to Adobe Experience Platform Lead the migration process of marketing
operations technology platform to Adobe Experience Platform Collaborate with internal
teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful migration
6- Marketing Clouds and Campaign Platforms Demonstrate proficiency in various
marketing cloud and campaign platforms to effectively integrate them with Adobe
Experience Platform creating a seamless and efficient marketing ecosystem
7- Database Management Possess strong knowledge of database structures data
models and data management best practices to optimize data utilization within the
marketing platform
8- ETL and Integrations Design and implement efficient ETL processes and integrations
with other systems to ensure a continuous flow of data for marketing activities
9- Help make decisions on tools including features needed implementation details and
interaction with data sources
10- Acquisition and Engagement Utilize your product knowledge of acquisition and
engagement strategies to develop targeted and effective marketing campaigns to
enhance customer engagement and retention
esign and implement customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer
Build and manage eventdriven journeys timebased campaigns and realtime
personalization use cases

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams marketing data and engineering to
translate business requirements into AJO workflows
Utilize AEP capabilities such as RealTime Customer Profile Segments Schemas
XDM and Datasets to create journey conditions and triggers
Work with APIs and Event Forwarding for realtime data ingestion and outbound
integrations
Design and test email templates push notifications and inapp messages within
AJO
Implement offer decisioning and personalized content blocks using AJO Offer
Library
Perform unit testing UAT and AB testing within journeys to ensure optimal
performance
Monitor journey performance troubleshoot issues and optimize for KPIs eg
engagement conversion
Ensure governance and best practices around data privacy consent and
compliance GDPR CCPA etc


Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology
or a related field
8 Years of architecting and implementing Marketing automation solutions
with a focus on Marketing Cloud CDP Adobe Experience Platform services
RTCDP AJO AJA
Experience in Adobe Analytics Campaign Target Launch is a plus
Must have handled at least 2 to 3 large Adobe implementation in AEP and
Adobe
Analytics as a technical architect role
Technical certifications across one or more of the products mentioned above
Expertise in core web technologies including XML HTML5 CSS client server
side scripting languages such as JavaScript and web services development
using GraphQLRESTful implementations
Extensive knowledge of various marketing cloud and campaign platforms

Strong understanding of databases data models and data management
concepts
Proficiency in ETL processes and data integrations
Experience with realtime 11 personalization strategies and transactional use
cases across multiple customer touchpoints
Product knowledge of customer acquisition and omnichannel engagement
strategies
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with
crossfunctional teams
Ability to lead and mentor technical teams
Relevant Adobe certifications would be a plus
Ability to estimate effort for projects and define teams with appropriate skills
to deliver the projects.
o Strong experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer AJO
o Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform AEP especially
Schemas XDM modeling Segment Builder RealTime Customer Profile
RTCP Datasets and data ingestion
o Familiarity with Customer Journey Analytics CJA and Adobe Offer
Decisioning is a plus
o Proficient in JavaScript JSON and RESTful API integration
o Good understanding of data sources batch and streaming identity stitching
and audience activation
o Experience with Tag Management Tools Adobe Launch or Tealium is a
plus
