<div>Martech - Multi Solutions Architect<br /> Responsibilities<br /> 1 -Collaborate with Stakeholders Work closely with business stakeholders to<br /> understand their unique requirements and challenges Act as a liaison between business<br /> teams and technical experts to bridge the gap and ensure effective communication<br /> 2- Business Use Case Design Analyze business requirements and translate them into<br /> comprehensive AEP solutions Develop detailed business use cases that demonstrate<br /> how AEP functionalities can be leveraged to address specific business needs and<br /> improve customer experiences<br /> 3 -Adobe Experience Platform Services Leverage your expertise in Adobe Experience<br /> Platform services including RTCDP AJO and AJA to architect and implement robust<br /> marketing solutions<br /> 4 -Provide guidance on leveraging Adobe Experience Platform functionalities such as<br /> data ingestion segmentation personalization and Activation to achieve desired business<br /> outcomes<br /> 5-Migration to Adobe Experience Platform Lead the migration process of marketing<br /> operations technology platform to Adobe Experience Platform Collaborate with internal<br /> teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful migration<br /> 6- Marketing Clouds and Campaign Platforms Demonstrate proficiency in various<br /> marketing cloud and campaign platforms to effectively integrate them with Adobe<br /> Experience Platform creating a seamless and efficient marketing ecosystem<br /> 7- Database Management Possess strong knowledge of database structures data<br /> models and data management best practices to optimize data utilization within the<br /> marketing platform<br /> 8- ETL and Integrations Design and implement efficient ETL processes and integrations<br /> with other systems to ensure a continuous flow of data for marketing activities<br /> 9- Help make decisions on tools including features needed implementation details and<br /> interaction with data sources<br /> 10- Acquisition and Engagement Utilize your product knowledge of acquisition and<br /> engagement strategies to develop targeted and effective marketing campaigns to<br /> enhance customer engagement and retention<br /> esign and implement customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer<br /> Build and manage eventdriven journeys timebased campaigns and realtime<br /> personalization use cases</div> <div> Collaborate with crossfunctional teams marketing data and engineering to<br /> translate business requirements into AJO workflows<br /> Utilize AEP capabilities such as RealTime Customer Profile Segments Schemas<br /> XDM and Datasets to create journey conditions and triggers<br /> Work with APIs and Event Forwarding for realtime data ingestion and outbound<br /> integrations<br /> Design and test email templates push notifications and inapp messages within<br /> AJO<br /> Implement offer decisioning and personalized content blocks using AJO Offer<br /> Library<br /> Perform unit testing UAT and AB testing within journeys to ensure optimal<br /> performance<br /> Monitor journey performance troubleshoot issues and optimize for KPIs eg<br /> engagement conversion<br /> Ensure governance and best practices around data privacy consent and<br /> compliance GDPR CCPA etc</div> <div> </div> <div><br /> Requirements<br /> Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology<br /> or a related field<br /> 8 Years of architecting and implementing Marketing automation solutions<br /> with a focus on Marketing Cloud CDP Adobe Experience Platform services<br /> RTCDP AJO AJA<br /> Experience in Adobe Analytics Campaign Target Launch is a plus<br /> Must have handled at least 2 to 3 large Adobe implementation in AEP and<br /> Adobe<br /> Analytics as a technical architect role<br /> Technical certifications across one or more of the products mentioned above<br /> Expertise in core web technologies including XML HTML5 CSS client server<br /> side scripting languages such as JavaScript and web services development<br /> using GraphQLRESTful implementations<br /> Extensive knowledge of various marketing cloud and campaign platforms</div> <div> Strong understanding of databases data models and data management<br /> concepts<br /> Proficiency in ETL processes and data integrations<br /> Experience with realtime 11 personalization strategies and transactional use<br /> cases across multiple customer touchpoints<br /> Product knowledge of customer acquisition and omnichannel engagement<br /> strategies<br /> Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills<br /> Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with<br /> crossfunctional teams<br /> Ability to lead and mentor technical teams<br /> Relevant Adobe certifications would be a plus<br /> Ability to estimate effort for projects and define teams with appropriate skills<br /> to deliver the projects.<br /> o Strong experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer AJO<br /> o Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform AEP especially<br /> Schemas XDM modeling Segment Builder RealTime Customer Profile<br /> RTCP Datasets and data ingestion<br /> o Familiarity with Customer Journey Analytics CJA and Adobe Offer<br /> Decisioning is a plus<br /> o Proficient in JavaScript JSON and RESTful API integration<br /> o Good understanding of data sources batch and streaming identity stitching<br /> and audience activation<br /> o Experience with Tag
