The Role


The Google Ads MCC Manager is responsible for managing, optimizing, and governing multiple Google Ads accounts through MCC (My Client Center). This role focuses on strategic oversight, cross-account optimization, and scalable performance systems rather than daily execution.


This position is ideal for a senior Google Ads specialist or consultant looking for a flexible, high-impact, part-time role.


Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize multiple Google Ads accounts via MCC

Design and maintain scalable, well-structured account architectures

Define and execute paid search strategies aligned with business objectives

Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate

Implement and refine Smart Bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, Max Conversions)

Ensure accurate conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager

Conduct cross-account audits and identify optimization opportunities

Allocate and control budgets efficiently across campaigns and accounts

Collaborate remotely with creative, landing page, and analytics teams

Deliver clear, actionable performance insights and strategic reports


Google Ads Expertise

Google Ads Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Shopping

MCC-level optimization, governance, and performance oversight

Keyword research, search intent analysis, and query optimization

Ad copy and asset strategy focused on Quality Score and conversion performance

A / B testing for ads, extensions, and landing pages

Audience targeting, remarketing, and segmentation strategies
