Field Superintendent – Luxury Residential Construction
Aventura, FL | Full-Time | Mon-Fri, 8 AM – 4 PM
We’re seeking an experienced Field Superintendent / Job Site Superintendent to join a premier luxury homebuilder in Aventura, FL. Our projects include $1M–$10M custom homes and high-end remodels across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily on-site construction for new builds and renovations
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections
- Maintain site safety, quality control, and schedule compliance
- Communicate progress, issues, and updates to management
- Lead punch-out and final completion
Requirements
- 3–7 years’ experience as a Field Superintendent, Job Site Superintendent, or Lead Foreman
