Job Description


- Develop & update maintenance schedules in line with OEM recommendation , site experiences and line Net efficiency trends
- Upload and track maintenance work orders from relevant CMMS
- Supervision and allocation of planned maintenance task to relevant team members
- Inspection and issuance of required spares part for relevant maintenance
- Inspection of replaced part to optimize replacement frequency.
- Line inspection & dry runs to ensure readiness after maintenance.
- Lead mechanical / electrical technician during AM / PM routines
- Clearing the site in compliance with site GMP - Maintenance SOPs
- Closing of work orders and submission of WO report to Packaging unit manager on weekly basis
