Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management or a similar role.

  • Communication Skills: Proficient in both Arabic and English (written and spoken), with strong reporting capabilities in Arabic
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with different departments
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.

Job Description


  • Maintain accurate records of assets throughout their lifecycle (acquisition, movement, maintenance, and disposal)
  • Prepare and submit detailed asset management reports in Arabic and English
  • Monitor asset performance and support optimization strategies
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and asset management policies
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing accurate asset data
  • Write, edit, and proofread research reports, investment briefs, and white papers.
  • Prepare reports in Arabic, ensuring high linguistic quality and accuracy.
  • Translate complex financial concepts into clear, accessible content for various stakeholders.
  • Support the development of presentations and documentation for internal and external use.
