Job Description
- Set the maintenance direction and strategy for discipline specific equipment and ensure implementation on the assets
- Develop the annual activity plan for the production measurement team ensuring it’s alignment with the Directorate’s annual business plan
- Mentor, coach and develop the discipline specific team to assure that all required competencies are met
- Review equipment and process performance on a regular basis, identify and implement improvements
- Lead or participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) exercises to determine root causes and eliminate defects
- Monitor hardware integrity status and track integrity related maintenance activities thus assuring integrity of the directorate’s assets
- Ensure critical equipment condition monitoring, trending and analyses are carried out and resultant actions are included in the IAP
- Support the Maintenance Coordinator with specialist discipline expertise for e.g. trouble shooting
- Analyse maintenance activities and identify improvement and optimization opportunities
