Engineering Degree (BSc or equivalent)




Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably with exposure in the Middle East Extensive experience in EPC and Operations & Maintenance Experience in managing major international construction contracts


Skill/Knowledge

  • Contracts management and administration
  • Procurement and tendering procedures
  • Claim evaluation and negotiation
  • Legal and contractual documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Knowledge of ICV (In-Country Value) practices
  • Familiarity with industry standards and benchmarking
  • Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary project team
  • Strong understanding of project payment terms and schedules

Job Description


You will support the company Bunkering Project during its Execution phase by leading and managing all contracts and procurement activities. This includes prequalification, tendering, contract award, claims negotiation, contract variation management, and compliance with internal procedures and external standards.
