1- Project Phase

  • Owner of the Digital Road Map & Responsible for Implementation (scope of each tools, cost control ,RACI and time line implementation)
  • Ensure each select Tools/Solutions bring Value to Business (Cost Vs value stream)
  • Train or familiarize each Stakeholder as needed

2- Operation Phase

  • Ensure Digital tools are deployed and proven effective. Consider Obsolescence and lifecycle need
  • Ensure Digital Tool to provide the best performance for the company
  • Update procedures, audit and training of People
