Role Overview :

The Digital Transformation Advisor leads technology-driven change initiatives, aligning business processes, culture, and customer experiences with national digital strategies. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and change management capabilities.

Key responsibilities :

  • Implement digital transformation programs in line with national policies.
  • Assess and optimize business processes, policies, and technologies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage digital transformation projects.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, AI, cloud adoption, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Align digital initiatives with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure effective third-party solution deployment.
  • Drive change management and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and impact.
  • Provide strategic advice to leadership and prepare required documentation.
