Job Title: Finance Manager

• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, taxation, accounting standards, and compliance
• Proven experience in banking negotiations and capital procurement
• Proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems, and data analytics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Experience in manufacturing, especially metal or aluminum industries, is an advantage
• Knowledge of international finance, export/import procedures, and metal hedging is preferred
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
   

The Head of Finance will be responsible for the overall financial strategy, planning, and management of the organization. This includes overseeing accounts, procurement, IT, budgeting, taxation, banking, and corporate finance functions. The role will also involve strategic leadership in capital procurement, risk management, and supporting the CEO with corporate planning and decision-making.
