Job Description


- Prepare reporting requirements to ensuring compliance with the relevant terms of the Oil and Gas (Block) Concession Agreements, and IFRS. - Manage interfaces and communications between and stakeholders - Responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of controls over the accounting and reporting processes in accordance with the respective control frameworks. - Provide quarterly / semi-annually Oil and Gas trial balances and Financial Statements based on SAP reports with adjustments for depreciation, decommissioning and IFRS 16 accounting - Provide semi-annually company contractor claims and subsequent events information and Support during audit and reviews by statutory auditors
