Job Description


  • Supervise  day-to-day  accounting  activities,  including  accounts  payable,  accounts  receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis.
  • Review accounting transactions and entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and standards.
  • Assist  in  developing  and  implementing  accounting  procedures  and  internal  controls  to  enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Coordinate internal and external audit activities, including audit preparation, documentation, and responses to audit inquiries.
  • Monitor  cash  flows  and  forecast  short-term  and  long-term  cash  requirements  to  support
  • operational needs and capital expenditures.
  • Monitor bank account activity and reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and forecasting of the company’s cash flow to maintain optimal liquidity levels, support business operations, and identify funding needs.
  • Oversee  daily  treasury  activities  including  bank  reconciliations,  payments  processing,  fund transfers, and ensuring compliance with banking policies, limits, and internal controls.
  • Prepare and review treasury-related reports such as cash position, FX exposure, and investment summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and audit requirements related to treasury activities.
  • Carry out any other activities as and when required by the reporting manager.
