Education Qualification

Bachelor degree or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent experience; Engineering in Instrumentation is a plus.




Experience

Extensive experience of 10 years in a senior production management role, demonstrating strategic leadership skills.


Skill/Knowledge

Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
General computer literacy (Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is mandatory.
Fluent English language is mandatory.
