  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and printers.
  • Awareness of cybersecurity best practices is a plus.
  • Ability to follow instructions and document work clearly.
  • Flexibility to work on-site or remotely as needed.
