Job Description


• Work closely with Divisional Manager – Legal to maximize the Company’s recovery by reviewing and approve settlements and or payment plans being offered by the customer
• Lawyer is responsible for all collections related legal matters.
• Lawyer will help the Divisional Manager - Legal in the implementation of key legal processes that relate to legal drafting, negotiations, commercial settlement agreements, and all court related matters.
• Partner with internal and external parties to improve process efficiency
• Make recommendations to management to make process improvement
• Special projects as assigned
