Job Description


  • Interaction with various departments like production for requirement of materials stores for discussion of shortage of materials for inspection and consumption. maintenance for indent.
  • Discussion of material requirement of quality for follow up of material and rejection analysis and action plan.
  • Lorry booking (check pending and materials position for tonnage)
  • Arrange materials in dispatch area (job wise)
  • Continuously follow – up with transporter for the truck availability
  • Follow Loading check list while dispatch
  • Preparing invoice and preparing necessary legal document for dispatch (Delivery, Challan, DUTY PAID DC, STOCK TRANSFER DC, SITE TRANSFER DC, GATE PASS, CHECK LIST, WAYBILL (Location wise, if required
  • Inward & outward material entry in system.
