Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

• Meet oil clients and find opportunities for repair related to valves, pumps, client shutdown requirements.

• Support control system improvements, site performance monitoring and efficiency evaluation works, related to thermal equipment.

• Create and lead maintenance team both technically and commercially

• Managed major equipments' planned/unplanned maintenance activities as well as performance/efficiency

• Manage a team of designers, fabricators, cost engineer, welding inspectors.

• Responsible for day-to-day operation of workshop and maintenance activities in Company including quality control, assurance of all equipment and adhering to all HSE policies. Plan, assign and schedule work for designated staff

• Provide technical support to colleagues and clients

• Secures appropriate corporate resources (people, equipment and facilities) to achieve growth, profit, and operational excellence targets

• Evaluate team performance and motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance

• Maintain an environment of respect and dignity within the department covering employee interactions and problem solving while ensuring work rules are known and followed

• Lead the entire team and manage all site activities in the area in an organized and Quality manner without compromising the Health and Safety of personnel

• Resolve Quality related issues to meet the customer needs

• Plan, schedule work and allocate resources with respect to all maintenance activities

• Ensure all technicians are qualified and deployed as per requirement
