Education Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
Experience
Minimum 5 years in oil & gas construction projects, particularly in Civil and Structural works. Experience on large-scale projects from both owner and contractor perspectives is preferred.
Skill/Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of O&G construction practices, civil and steel structural works
- Excellent HSE culture and leadership
- Familiarity with EPC engineering and design
- Commissioning and start-up experience
- Project and team management
- English fluency (Arabic/French is a plus)
- Ability to work in multicultural teams and environments
- Strong communication, planning, time management, and reporting skills

Job Description
The OSBL Supervisor (CIV/STR) will support the OSBL Superintendent in supervising civil and structural construction activities within the company Bunkering Project in Sohar. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to HSE standards, reviewing contractor deliverables, ensuring coordination between site activities, managing interfaces and construction risks, supporting progress tracking and reporting, and maintaining compliance with all project specifications and requirements. The role demands leadership in fostering safety culture and driving construction quality and schedule targets.
