Job Title: Project Accountant

a highly capable accountant who has capability and skill to estimate capex and carry put evaluation and then track project progress in view of budget and agreed timeframe. He should do the complete accounting of the project in accordance with group’s policy and IFRS standard. He should also have experience and skills to manage the credit facilities with the bank under guidance of CFO.   

•  Reporting  to  the Finance  Manager  and/  or  other project Manager as required. 

•  Preparing  budgets,  estimating  various  capex  including  staffing,  work plans, and fee structures in consultation with Project/ Finance manager.   

•  Track  contracts  of  suppliers  and  contractors  and review  their  deliverable  in  accordance  with contracts. Review and comply with payment terms.  

• Interact with the banks and ensure necessary Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit are issued in time as per contract terms.  

• Review  the  credit  facility  agreements  of  bank  and ensure  terms  and  conditions  stipulated  are  most favorable  to  the  Company  and  covenants  of  the banks are met. 

•  Recording  the  transactions  and  providing  timely financial reports with variance analysis. 

•  Preparing pre-billing reports. 

•  Analyzing quotations, Issuing purchase orders, as well as  paying  consultant,  subcontractor,  vendor,  and supplier bills.
