Role, Responsibility & Accountability
(a) Responsible in managing the assigned key account by maintaining a superior level customer relationship whilst maximizing the sales opportunities with them
(b) Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
(c) Monitor the competitor activities and accordingly device out the appropriate sales strategies to retain existing customer base and grab new business possibilities in the market
(d) Engage in regular market research to analyse the changing fashion trends and accordingly engage with the Management to develop strategies to cater to those changes
(e) Ensure prospecting calls, appointments, business proposals, quotations and presentations are submitted/completed on time
(f) Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly achievements and initiatives to the Management and other relevant stake holders in terms of sales targets, collections, new business developments etc.
(g) Responsible for an effective new client on-boarding by providing excellent customer services thereby leveraging opportunities for generating sales
(h) Engage in price negotiations with internal and external customers to ensure both company and clients get the best results
