Education Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)




Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of planning experience in large infrastructure or renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hybrid, or storage)


Skill/Knowledge

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project is essential.
  • Experience working with EPC contractors, consultants, and utility stakeholders is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy permitting, interconnection, and regulatory timelines.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of earned value management and project control principles.
  • Understanding of construction methodologies and renewable energy technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proactive and adaptable to fast-paced project environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and deadlines.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or planning (e.g., PMI-SP) is a plus.
  • Exposure to digital tools for planning, reporting, or BIM integration.
