Job Description


 

  • Provides a high degree of administrative support to the CEO (including but not limited to calendar & document management, travel arrangements, expense claims)
  • Plan and organize internal and external events, meetings, workshops
  • Assist in organizing Board meetings, committees, and events
  • Act as a first point of contact both in person, on the telephone and via the website and liaise with staff
  • To carry out other tasks to assist the CEO in his role
  • Orchestrating meeting arrangements with colleagues and external parties, including company visits, lunches, large events and conferences
  • Help the Team if they need any tasks.
