-Handle inbound customer inquiries related to the online video sharing platform

-Assist users with account concerns such as login issues, password reset, and profile management

-Provide support for video uploads, streaming problems, and basic troubleshooting

-Address billing, subscription, and payment-related concerns

-Review and escalate reported content that violates platform policies

-Guide users on community guidelines and platform features

-Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system

-Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and performance metrics

-Follow company policies, procedures, and data privacy standards



Qualifications



-College Graduate with or without BPO Experience (Fresher)

-Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects (At least 6 months sales experience)
