Qualification & Experience:
1. Post Graduate with MBA (Full Time) in HR having experience in similar position for period not less than 15 years
2. Knowledge of SAP/Oracle-HCM is highly desirable.
3. Candidates who have worked in Educational Institutes are preferred.
 

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overall supervision and guidance of SVKM Management for all HR functions relating to the manpower working in SVKM.
2. Manpower planning and development, recruitment, promotion, etc.
3. Performance appraisal, developing rules, regulations, bye-laws and policies covering various aspects of personnel management.
4. Development & support of HRMS (Human Recourse Management System).
5. Disciplinary proceeding, legal matters pertaining to staff, union matters, etc.
6. Advising Management to develop appropriate HR policies and guidelines.
