Summary About the Position: Serves as US European Command (EUCOM) Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Cell (JEMSOC) Chief under the supervision of the EUCOM Information Operations and Special Activities (IOSAD) Division Chief. Is the senior Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) advisor to all policy, Doctrine, and Requirement at USEUCOM and is the senior subject matter expert for all EMSO systems, while functioning as the JEMSOC Chief. Responsibilities Serves as the Commander’s primary advisor on all EMSO-related issues, providing expert counsel to senior leadership on electronic warfare trends, force readiness, and strategic opportunities.
