Job Description
**Job Purpose** :
+ Responsible for creating, executing and delivering Mars business strategy with a focus on channel/customer growth, financial gain and customer/consumer satisfaction. This role ensures effective route to market and market presence by collaborating with capable partners.
+ This role will own the channels development and responsible for building and engaging the distributor sales organization to deliver the market objectives, execution guidelines and perfect store ambitions.
