Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for aJourneyman Computer Systems Engineerwith foundational experience inBMC TrueSight Server Automation (TSSA)to support implementation, configuration, and maintenance for a mission-critical U.S. Coast Guard program.This position will be located in Kearneysville, WVand will be a hybrid position.

Responsibilities

  • Supportplanning, execution, and validation of BMC TSSA platform upgrades 
  • Provide Level 3 support for the TSSA environment, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues 
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using NSH and PowerShell to streamline server management tasks 
  • Manage and administer the TSSA infrastructure, ensuring its stability and performance 
  • Automate server compliance audits and remediation to enforce security policies
