Job Description
**Overview**
GovCIO is currently hiring fora **Journeyman Computer Systems Engineer** with foundational experience in **BMC TrueSight Server Automation (TSSA)** to support implementation, configuration, and maintenance for a mission-critical U.S. Coast Guard program. This position will be located in Kearneysville, WV and will be a hybrid position.
**Responsibilities**
+ Supportplanning, execution, and validation of BMC TSSA platform upgrades
+ Provide Level 3 support for the TSSA environment, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
+ Develop and maintain automation scripts using NSH and PowerShell to streamline server management tasks
+ Manage and administer the TSSA infrastructure, ensuring its stability and performance
+ Automate server compliance audits and remediation to enforce security policies
+ Create and manage patching jobs for both Windows and Linux servers to ensure timely application...
