Journeyman Electrician

Brief Description

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Journeyman Electrician in our Saskatoon, SK office. Reporting to the Shop Services Manager, the successful candidate will be accountable for supporting shop operations such as but not limited to: testing and inspections, troubleshooting of electrical systems, disassembling and reassembling mechanical parts, and rewiring.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and efficiently on low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical systems across diverse environments, including commercial, utility, manufacturing, mining, pipeline, and oil & gas sectors.
• Perform repair and maintenance on primary and secondary power equipment such as circuit breakers, transformers, switchgear, and protective relays.
• Confidently operate a wide range of electrical testing and troubleshooting equipment.
• Prepare accurate and detailed technical reports.
