Job Description
Essel is looking for an experienced Journeyman HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a self-motivated professional who is skilled in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. As a Journeyman, you will be responsible for ensuring that all HVAC systems are installed and functioning correctly to provide optimal comfort for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, ductwork and refrigeration systems based on specifications.
+ Provide thorough maintenance and repair services for HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings to execute installations accurately.
+ Collaborate with project managers and apprentices to ensure timely completion of projects.
+ Stay current with industry standards and regulations, including safety and environmental guidelines.
+ Communicate with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide expert recommendations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Valid HVAC Journeyman license or significant equivalent experience.
+ 10 years of experience in HVAC installation and service.
+ Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and residential/commercial equipment.
+ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
+ Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
+ Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor with clients.
+ Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
